By becoming a member of TheSuccessWay.com you acknowledge and agree to the terms and condition specified below. This agreement is made between the "member" (also called "customer" or "affiliate") and TheSuccessWay.com (the company). All members must be at least 18 years old. TheSuccessWay.com reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice to the member: it is the responsibility of all members to be up to date with this agreement. The cost to purchase the TheSuccessWay.com digital products collection is a one-time fee of an amount based of the chosen membership. In return of the payment, the members receives access to the TheSuccessWay.com digital products collections in addition to a lifetime membership into the TheSuccessWay.com affiliate program if he or she desires. All sales are final, since products are available for download immediately upon payment. All payments made are non-refundable with the exception of certain situations. These situations include but are not limited to the customer's inability to download the products due to technical issues, fraud including payment received from a stolen credit card or a hacked AlertPay account, and sales generated by members using unethical means of advertising and promotion. The membership fee may be paid by major credit/debit cards and bank transfers via AlertPay. An excess number of credit card payments from a member, company, or an organization may result in a delay or a cancellation of payment of commissions and/or a halt of the user's account. A single individual may not make more than 3 credit card payments. All commissions are also paid via AlertPay. TheSuccessWay.com don't charge fees for sending members' commissions to their Alertpay account. All members are neither employees nor independent contractors of TheSuccessWay.com. Membership is completely voluntary and may be canceled at any time at the request of the member. User's membership may also be terminated or temporarily suspended and commissions can be held without notice if a member is found of violating the terms and conditions, using illegal methods of promotion, performing actions considered "fraud", or cheating the system in any way. Affiliate member's earnings are automatically calculated by the TheSuccessWay.com system based upon the compensation plan outlined on the "Details" page of TheSuccessWay.com. TheSuccessWay.com reserves the right to properly calculate and amend a member's commissions, as well as amend the compensation plan. Any earnings or income figures presented on this website are not guaranteed to any member for simply joining the program and promoting. Members earning are based upon the number of referrals/sales they make. Members may not promote TheSuccessWay.com in any way considered objectionable or illegal by all applicable laws of the country of where the member resides. Members must always represent themselves in an ethical manner that does not harm or bring the reputation and credibility of TheSuccessWay.com into doubt. Spamming is absolutely prohibited and will result in cancellation of member's account. Abusing TheSuccessWay.com's "Tell Friends" tool constitutes spamming. Members may use the tools provided to promote TheSuccessWay.com, including banners, and eMails. Members may not cross promote to other members who are not their direct referrals. TheSuccessWay.com will not be held liable for any damage, including financial, that might occur before, during, or after a member's experience with TheSuccessWay.com. Members join at their own risk and may cancel their account and thus forfeit their commissions at any time. No refunds will be given. There is no guarantee of any earnings either. TheSuccessWay.com will also not be held liable for any damage or financial loss caused to the customer/member by any third parties including payment processors. All members are responsible for keeping record of and reporting their earnings for tax purposes. TheSuccessWay.com is not responsible for issuing any documentation regarding earnings. All members' informations are kept confidential and will not be solicited nor sold to any third parties. TheSuccessWay.com reserves the right to eMail and contact its members. All logos and graphics on TheSuccessWay.com are copyright protected. There is no guarantee that any member will make the income figures shown on this website as a result of using and promoting our products and the associated income opportunity. As with any business, your results are dependent upon your efforts, skills and abilities, knowledge, and experience. We only provide a business opportunity and cannot guarantee any success or earnings. All customers are essentially purchasing our digital products collection and are promised nothing more. You agree that you are joining this income opportunity at your own risk and that we are not liable for your success, or failure, or any loss or gain, especially financial. If you are an investor, you understand that as TheSuccessWay.com is not a get rich quick scheme but is a business, and like any business there is the potential of loss. You furthermore agree to hold TheSuccessWay.com and its affiliates harmless in any legal or non-legal suit or dispute. |
